What do I pay today?
Your plan’s $300 setup fee plus your first billing period. Monthly on Essentials: $300 + 3 × $58 = $474 today, then $58/mo from month four. Yearly on Essentials: $300 + $580 = $880 today, with two months free versus paying monthly.
How fast will my site be live?
One week from a finished onboarding form, for most sites — first look in about three business days, then revisions, then live. Bigger builds — multiple locations, ordering systems — can take a little longer, and we’ll tell you upfront.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain is registered in your name and always yours. Your content — your photos, your words, your business information — is yours too. The website itself is different: the design and code are Brightfront’s build, and they stay with Brightfront. Think of it like a great rented storefront — you keep your name and everything in it, and the space itself stays with us.
What counts as an “update request”?
Anything you’d naturally ask in one message: swap photos, change hours, add a menu item, rewrite a paragraph, add a section. Essentials handles one request each week. Pro and Growth run a priority queue — send as many as you like, and we work through them with next-business-day turnaround.
I don’t have photos or copy. Can you still build my site?
Yes — that’s normal. We write your copy from your onboarding answers, and we can work with phone photos, source licensed imagery, or guide you through a simple shoot.
Can you rebuild my current site without losing my Google rankings?
Yes. Migrations get full redirect mapping, and your on-page SEO carries over. Most sites hold or improve their rankings after moving to a faster, better-structured build.
What integrations can you add?
Online ordering, reservations, appointment booking, review feeds, gift cards, live chat, contact forms, maps, and more. If your tool has an embed or an API, we can usually connect it. Note: third-party platforms’ own fees (like an ordering system’s charges) are separate from your Brightfront plan.
What is AI search optimization (GEO)?
More and more customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google’s AI instead of scrolling search results. GEO means structuring your site’s content and data so those AI engines can find your business, trust the facts, and recommend you by name. We build every site GEO-ready; on Growth, we monitor and tune it continuously.
What does the AI content engine actually do?
On the Growth plan, it drafts fresh content for your site — posts, seasonal pages, offers — written in your voice. You get each draft to approve or edit; nothing publishes without your say-so. Fresh, useful content is one of the strongest signals for both Google and AI search.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans: anytime after your first three months. Yearly plans: at the end of your year. Your site stays live through the end of what you’ve paid for, then comes down. Your domain and your content leave with you; the site’s design and code stay with Brightfront — that’s the part your subscription covers.
Do you build online stores?
Light e-commerce, yes: gift cards, a small product line, order forms. Full catalogs with hundreds of products aren’t our focus — we’ll tell you honestly if you need a different tool.
I have more than one location.
Pro and Growth include a dedicated page for each location — its own hours, map, photos, and local SEO. It’s the single biggest lever for ranking in more than one neighborhood.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
