What we collect

When you start a site with Brightfront or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone, business details, and the content you want on your website (copy, photos, hours, menus). When you visit this site, we use privacy-friendly analytics that don’t use cookies and don’t identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your information to design, build, host, and maintain your website; to bill your subscription; and to reply when you write to us. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services we need to run your site (hosting, payments, email).

Your website’s visitors

Sites we build for clients include privacy-friendly analytics by default. If your site uses third-party tools — online ordering, reservations, booking — those platforms handle data under their own privacy policies, and we’ll point you to them.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account information for as long as you have an active subscription. If you cancel, your content — photos, copy, business information — is yours and leaves with you; ask and we’ll delete our copies. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
